This coffee is a microlot Peru from the Cusco region, by the Valle Inca co-op, in the Yantile Valley.
At a medium roast, this Peruvian coffee shows fudge and nutty notes. Peruvian coffee isn’t known for its sweetness, but rather a smooth and clean draw, but it also has this definite milk chocolate and orange flavor in it, as well as a little shortbread cookie and peach. I know, a lot of different flavors going on! Give it a try!
